1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rentasy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Nature

Rentasy is a marketplace platform. Contracts for the rental or sale of items are between the Renter and the Provider. Rentasy is not a party to these individual contracts but facilitates the transaction.

3. Fees

Our platform commission is 15% of the rental subtotal. An identity verification fee of £1.50 applies at the time of your first transaction.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the timing of the request. Please refer to your order details for specific cancellation windows.
